Tempering chocolate to the perfect temperature is key!

Shipping can be a challenge, especially during the Summer months. All of our chocolates are packed with the warmer temperatures in mind between May & September. Cold packs are added to the Insulated bubble wrap for this reason.

All orders are sent UPS. We will only ship on Monday & Tuesday so your package will not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Most packages arrive within 2-3 days of shipping.

Placing Orders during OFF peak shipping season

As Summer approaches, we will not be shipping during the hotter months. Orders between May 10th and October4th should be placed via email to: chattanoogachocolates@gmail.com. We will view your order, assess shipping charges and get back to you within 48 hours with the final cost. Should you want to proceed with your purchase, we will send a link to the JIM payment system for your credit card payment. Once payment is confirmed and received, we will make and ship your order, this method works best for us! As always, you may email us with any questions, comments, or concerns.



Special Orders, Requests, Custom Orders

For special orders, requests, or custom orders, please email us your requests, chattanoogachocolates@gmail.com, and we will be in touch within 48 hours. If you are planning an event, please give us at least a 4-6 week notice! We create and package everything to order and due to our small batches, we may need to order additional items and product to fulfill your request. A signature is required for ALL Special Requests and Event Order.
